If I could leave zero stars I would. Very rude. VERY. Not to mention they aren't truthful when one person tells you another and on the next phone call something else. Especially when what they said they couldn't do, they had in … More fact done numerous times previously with my attorney friends clients as well as our own attorneys clients. Was referred by an attorney friend who sends them quite a few clients. Needless to say my friend has stated that won't be happening again after how we were treated. Also advised our attorney of what transpired and they also will no longer be sending clients their way. If you like being lied to and not having someone respond to an email and being treated very poorly to the point of utter rudeness, then this is the company you want. If you don't like any of those things then definitely find someone else. They lost 2 attorney referrals this week which we all know will lead to more. Maybe next time you should treat all people equally, especially when you are unaware that you were talking to a paralegal.
